Mr. Tolchinsky is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Economics. Mr. Tolchinsky achieved his Juris Doctorate from The St. Thomas University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, an international legal fraternity. Mr. Tolchinsky is a long standing member of the Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section.
Since graduating law school in 1994, Mr. Tolchinsky has achieved a level of success in his practice as an estate planning and real estate attorney having been featured as a local Hallandale estate plan attorney working with SmithBarney, Bank of America (f/k/a Barnett Bank) and John Hancock. Mr. Tolchinsky has also represented some of the largest real estate lending companies including Bank of America, CitiBank, ChaseManahattan Mortgage Company, SunTrust, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, BankUnited, and WorldSavings.
Mr. Tolchinsky is actively involved in local youth sports programs as a head coach for baseball, basketball and flag football.
