Practice/Organization Description
I am a general practice lawyer in the Denver metro area of Colorado providing legal counsel dedicated to helping individuals and business owners meet and exceed their personal and business objectives with effective and aggressive representation.
My practice is divided into four major categories:
BUSINESS - Entity planning and creation (LLCs, C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, joint ventures, etc.), entity maintenance (transactions, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, employee agreements, franchising, etc.), and entity exit (succession planning, stalemate resolution, etc.) Also including intellectual property.
PERSONAL - Estate planning, divorce and family law, personal injury, elder law, and veterans law.
LITIGATION - civil litigation only except for tax defense.
CROSS-DISCIPLINE - tax real estate, natural resources, bankruptcy, asset protection
