Janis G. White is Counsel to the Firm and a member of the Construction Litigation department. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and includes banking, products liability, securities, contracts, copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition, condemnation and general commercial cases. She has practiced in federal and state courts and conducted bench and jury trials.
