Our firm represents individuals in personal injury, wrongful death, negligence, work-related injury, and fraud cases. We also handle complex commercial, trust, consumer, and business claims on behalf of plaintiffs.
My law partners include a past President of the Alabama Association for Justice(formerly the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association) and a retired Circuit Court Judge. Our firm employs a team approach. Frequently, multiple partners will contribute to cases.
My pre-law background includes a degree in financial accounting and work during college as a business intern at General Motors. As a result, I am typically involved in all the firm's commercial or business litigation. I also handle cases of significant personal injury. I am a graduate of the American Association for Justice's National College of Advocacy
We handle cases throughout Alabama and, on occasion, in other jurisdictions. Our representation of our clients has even carried us as far as Hong Kong and Mexico for depositions.
