Problem-solving senior executive seeking a new challenge. What I am known for is that I get things done quickly, efficiently and well. The companies I've worked for or with range from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 50 conglomerates.
Significant Board and business and legal strategy experience. Strong people skills, leader, motivator and team-builder.
Most recently, I helped lead The Mortgage SuperCenter, a retail financial services company. Previously, I helped build E-Solutions Integrator (ESI), a software development / technology services firm. ESI split in two to become a publicly-traded firm, Cambridge Technology Enterprises (ticker: CTE.NS) and CellExchange, which remained private. Prior to that, I spent many years as a corporate, securities and real estate lawyer with Day, Berry & Howard (now Day Pitney LLP).
I started my career in commercial real estate development and property management and also was an audio engineer with United Nations Radio and Television.
I've significant experience working with or for companies involved in the bioscience, medical device, IT, Internet, telecom, manufacturing, chemical, real estate and financial services industries.
