Practice/Organization Description
Joe Kershenbaum has held legal and operations positions throughout his career. He presently is with The Mortgage SuperCenter, a retail financial services company. Previously, he was with E-Solutions Integrator, a technology strategy and software development firm that split in two to become a publicly-traded firm, Cambridge Technology Enterprises (ticket: CTE.NS) and CellExchange, which remained private. Prior to that, he spent many years as a corporate lawyer with Day, Berry & Howard (now Day Pitney LLP).
He started his career as an audio engineer with United Nations Radio and Television and was in commercial real estate development and property management.
Joe has represented companies in an extremely broad range of industries. His experience includes mergers & acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, contracts and contractual issues, financial transactions, real estate/leasing, human resources / employment law, insurance / risk management, regulatory issues, IP and litigation management.
