I advise businesses, municipalities, sureties, and individuals with respect to all aspects of construction projects.

I have extensive experience negotiating complex scopes of work in various contexts, including AIA, EJCDC, and ad hoc agreements.

I have counseled clients on issues arising during performance of contracts, including claims for additional time and cost, and delay claims.

I have also handled mechanics' liens, performance and payment bond claims, and construction defect litigations.

I consider myself a general practitioner, handling a fair mix of transactional and litigation matters, but specializing in the construction industry.
