Practice/Organization Description

Lenamon Law brings clients over 70 years of combined experience, having tried hundreds of jury trials, including eight death penalty cases brought to verdict. Lenamon Law was founded by a Board Certified AV-Preeminent trial attorney, who is nationally recognized for his work in complex, serious criminal matters. At Lenamon Law, we are committed to working closely with clients and their families to choose the appropriate course of action for each individual case.

Our firm recognizes that emotional problems, mental health issues, and developmental disabilities are often disguised as criminal behavior. We understand that being charged with a crime may be the biggest crisis our clients and their families may ever face, and we dedicate ourselves to helping them navigate the difficult and often overwhelming world of the criminal justice system. We develop a thorough understanding of each client’s situation to present the most favorable defense package to the prosecution and jury.

When the stakes are high, we understand the importance of personal attention and leave no stone unturned. Our network includes forensic interviewers, mitigation investigators, neuropsychologists, neurologists, psychologists, forensic sociologists, medical doctors, and substance abuse experts. These professionals and our attorneys work closely with clients to develop a strategy tailored to each client’s best interests. We work with our clients to find appropriate treatment centers and get them into diversionary programs that are alternatives to jail.
