Practice/Organization Description
Magdalena Bragun is a member of Lane Powell’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, where she focuses on defending financial institutions. In addition, Magdalena works with the Immigration Practice Group, focusing on business immigration and utilizing her former pro-bono immigration experience. Magdalena graduated summa cum laude from Seattle University, where she also received five CALI awards for receiving the highest notes in class. Magdalena clerked for Honorable Richard Tallman at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and published a law review article in 2008 advocating for a change of regulations that impose broad employment restrictions on H-4 visa holders. Prior to becoming an attorney in the U.S., Magdalena studied law in Poland, her native country.
