I am an Attorney admitted to practice law in California and Argentina that actively practices law in both locations. My goal is to grow in my career as wine business developer and international lawyer.
I practice law mostly in the areas of alcohol beverage law and international law. I provide legal and business development advice to wine business in Argentina and USA (including brand development trough social media and participation in international events). I advise clients (entrepreneurs and individuals) regarding Argentinean laws and Argentinean market conditions. As an immigration lawyer, I assist with status adjustment, prepare and file work and family visas. I write articles about international law and wine trade for law review magazines. I also write articles about California and Argentinean wines and wine business in my blog vinoadvisingblog.com
My experience comes from working for 9 years in Argentina as a Court Officer, Attorney and Private International Law Professor; and working in California as an Attorney, Writer, Legal Assistant, English-Spanish volunteer interpreter and free lance Wine Consultant for over 5 years.
