Practice/Organization Description
The Men’s Divorce Law Firm was founded by Jeffrey Feulner, Esquire, an Orlando, Florida area family law attorney, to aggressively represent the interests of husbands and fathers involved in divorce and other family law matters. Men involved in family law disputes need both personal and professional support through times that are highly emotional, but require calm and reasoned decision-making.
A divorced father himself, Mr. Feulner understands and is sensitive to the painful emotions that arise when families divide. Our approach to family law is quite simple: we listen to you; we return your calls promptly; we keep you prepared and informed; we respect your time; we understand your concerns; and, most importantly, we care.
The Men’s Divorce Law Firm and Attorney Jeffrey Feulner believe that the issues of husbands and fathers are a part of an equation that demands recognition from the courts, as well as from wives, mothers, children, other lawyers, and all who are affected by family law issues.
Unfortunately, many of the firm’s clients enter our office with the impression that the family court system is biased in favor of females. The Men’s Divorce Law Firm seeks to transform this perception and instill confidence in our male clients–confidence that they are represented, supported, and entitled to the same rights as females in our justice system.
A divorced father himself, Mr. Feulner knows firsthand the importance of children’s relationships with both of their parents. Mr. Feulner believes that every member of the family benefits from shared parental responsibility and time-sharing (custody)–especially the children.
An advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution, the Men’s Divorce Law Firm strongly believes in the power of negotiation and the importance of parties crafting their own arrangements regarding all aspects of family law, especially child time-sharing (custody).
Contact the Men’s Divorce Law Firm for a consultation about child custody, including arrangements utilizing alternative dispute resolution. The firm also serves men out of state with child time-sharing (custody) interests in Florida.
