Hoyt and Bryan was founded in 1999 as a full service estate planning practice providing family wealth and legacy counselling to individuals and families in the Central Florida community. Her practice includes wills and trusts, elder law asset protection (Medicaid planning), trust and probate administration, small business creation and succession, real estate transactions and animal law.
Our firm provides representation to families and individuals interested in protecting their families, including their pets; planning for families with special needs; planning for unmarried couples; planning for women in transition; and exit planning strategies for business owners.
Both Peggy Hoyt and Randy Bryan, the founding partners are both Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates and Elder Law. Peggy Hoyt is a Circuit Court Mediator and FINRA arbitrator. Peggy has authored more than seven books on estate planning topics including "All My Children Wear Fur Coats," "Special People Special Planning," "Loving Without a License," "Women in Transition," and "A Matter of Trust."
