Raiford D. Palmer is an experienced Illinois attorney concentrating in family law with a focus on high net worth divorce and complex divorce cases. His family law work includes divorce, collaborative divorce, child custody, child support, asset valuation and division, maintenance, and post-decree matters, and premarital (prenuptial) agreement drafting. Raif primarily serves clients in DuPage, Cook, and Will Counties.
Raif joined Momkus McCluskey LLC in 1994, and later formed his own law practice in 2001. In 2006, he rejoined as a Partner and merged his successful family law practice with the firm.
Raif Palmer’s experience and achievements include multiple successful jury and bench trials, numerous successful arbitrations and mediations, and many successfully resolved divorce and family law matters.
He has substantial experience with business formation and transactional matters, buy-sell and operating agreements, commercial real estate transactions, commercial leases, and employment agreements which enable him to better handle complex divorce cases involving substantial assets.
