Protecting the rights, independence, and savings of clients since 1999
Richard L. Shea has practiced law in Connecticut since 1999. Attorney Shea began his career with small firms and dedicated the majority of his practice to estate planning, elder law, and tax issues. In 2004 he successfully launched his own practice founded on providing high quality legal representation with the accessibility and personal relationship of a small firm.
Throughout his career Richard Shea has saved families millions of dollars in taxes and nursing home costs. His multi-disciplinary approach brings together all of the relevant perspectives and advisors to create a “big picture” solution that includes all of the moving parts rather than focus on only the legal side. Today, he continues to bring his unique philosophy of macro planning, personal attention, and comprehensive solutions to help his clients achieve their goals and alleviate their concerns.
