I'm a North Carolina attorney and experienced mediator. I've been practicing construction law in Charlotte for over 25 years, including:
Successful representation of owners, contractors, subcontractors, sureties,and design professionals:
- in mediating, arbitrating, and litigating construction claims;
- in evaluating construction claims; and
- in negotiating and drafting construction contracts for office buildings, high-rise towers, schools, hotels, laboratories, waste treatment facilities, shopping centers, residential real estate developments, and health care projects.
