After graduation from law school, Russell worked for a boutique estate planning firm until he opened his own practice not far from downtown Columbus in the Upper Arlington/Grandview area. He has been hired to present seminars on Medicaid Planning for other attorneys and financial professionals as well as to speak to the members and retirees of the Ohio State Teachers Retirement System on retirement planning, elder law, and estate planning issues.

Russell resides in Upper Arlington with his wife Jennifer and their two children, Avery and Drew.

Education

Russell Golowin graduated cum laude, Order of the Curia from Capital University Law School in 2003, and cum laude with a Master of Laws in Taxation from Capital in 2004. During school, he served as a teaching assistant for two professors, was a judicial extern for the Honorable Algenon L. Marbley on the 10th Circuit District Court, S.D. of Ohio, received a concentration in Dispute Resolution and was awarded with the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in the subjects of Contracts and Criminal Law.
