Practice/Organization Description
My trial practice is limited to representing individuals and families who has suffered serious personal injuries or death as a result of the carelessness of others. I dedicate my practice to representing seriously injured victims of medical negligence, truck and automobile collisions, wrongful death, defective products, work-related injuries, and other catastrophic injury matters. I served as President of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., and have been acknowledged as one of "Washington's best -- most honest and effective -- lawyers" and a "Big Gun" and among the "top 1%" of the more than 80,000 Metro area attorneys, according to Washingtonian Magazine. I have also been selected as a "Super Lawyer" by Law and Politics Magazine (2010).
