Practice/Organization Description
Sam is a specialist in estate planning & probate law as well as residential real estate law in East Texas. He also is very experienced in Elder Law, specifically disability planning and Medicaid eligibility. He began practice in 1973 and has experience in many areas of law in addition to his current specialities. Sam's office is open from 9 am to 5 pm M-F, but he prefers to see clients by appointment to ensure adequate time to assess the client's needs and recommend the proper solutions.
