Litigation against insurance companies on behalf of policyholders. Employment counseling and litigation on behalf of employers and management. We handle all types of insurance coverage questions for insureds who have claims against their insurance companies who refuse to pay the claim. Examples include general liability claims for asbestos, environmental, trademark, employment practices and products liability. We also handle property claims such as fire, hail, employee theft, business interruption and related claims. Our employment counseling practice involves helping clients to roll out or facilitate their existing human resources policies, such as age and sex discrimination, harassment and leave policies. We investigate human resources claims and report our findings to management. We assist our clients with a variety of employment-related claims in the state and federal courts, and state and federal administrative agencies.
