Practice/Organization Description
My goal is to help my clients reach an amicable solution to their legal troubles (or to help prevent them in the first place!). When that is not possible, I am a zealous and highly effective advocate within the courtroom.
I have practiced law in northern Virginia since 2001, and in Washington, D.C. since 2003. My practice is focused on family law, including litigating and negotiating child custody and support, parenting agreements, spousal support enforcement, divorces, and annulments. I have assisted clients with processing applications under the Hague Convention for return of their children from overseas by parents who did not have permission to take them and have litigated relocation cases when one parent seeks to move a child out of Virginia.
