ALEXANDER NEMIROFF concentrates his practice in representing companies in all areas of labor and employment law. He litigates a wide variety of cases before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including employment discrimination, technology law, wrongful discharge, wage and hour law, and other matters. He has extensive experience in cases involving employment agreements, non-compete issues, trade secrets, and related matters.

Mr. Nemiroff, who is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Virginia, has handled a wide variety of employment cases. Mr. Nemiroff has lectured on various employment topics on behalf of organizations such as Lorman Education Services, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Montgomery County Medical Society. He has also written several published articles related to labor and employment issues.

Mr. Nemiroff received his Juris Doctor in 1998 from the George Washington University Law School. He was the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Biz Buzz Network, an online membership community. Mr. Nemiroff is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and Camden County Bar Association. Mr. Nemiroff served for two terms as the Co-Chair of the Employment Law Section for the Montgomery County Bar Association.
