Practice/Organization Description
My goal is to empower clients to make the best possible decisions with regard to resolution of their conflict and to achieve (whenever possible) healing solutions that bring authentic peace. My professional qualifications include ten years of law practice, graduate level training in ethics, extensive training in mediation, negotiation, and alternative means of conflict resolution, plus a liberal dosing of common sense and ability to relate to others. My approach to mediation is deeply informed by narrative ethics, transformative mediation, collaborative law, nonviolent communication, and cognitive behavior therapy.
