I am a partner in the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group of Richards, Kibbe & Orbe, LLP, a dynamic and entrepreneurial firm having deep experience and relationships with the financial markets and business community. With approximately 100 lawyers in New York, Washington, D.C. and London, RK&O provides innovative legal solutions to a sophisticated range of clients across the business spectrum, from hedge funds and investment banks to corporate boards and other enterprises.

I represent the full range of participants in complex chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings, including debtors, chapter 11 trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, post-petition lenders and acquirers of distressed assets. My practice includes both insolvency-driven transactions and litigation, and spans a broad spectrum of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, food services and real estate. I work and reside in New York.
