Since 1927, Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC, a broad-service, AV-rated law firm, has been dedicated to promptly performing high quality legal services on a cost effective basis. Our Firm is committed to providing practical and innovative solutions to the increasingly complex legal issues facing individuals and businesses in today's environment on local, state, and national levels.
Our clients are representative of a wide spectrum of businesses, institutions, and professionals, such as manufacturers, food processors, wholesale and retail sales organizations, real estate developers, contractors, financial and banking institutions, municipal governments, non-profit organizations, and medical, dental, legal and accounting professional service groups. We also conduct an extensive family law practice dealing with divorce, marital property, custody, visitation, child abuse, and other domestic matters.
We have organized our firm to render services through specific areas of practice. At the same time we encourage our attorneys to obtain training and experience in more than one area so that they may better recognize and deal with unpredictable legal situations that may arise. In addition, our attorneys are active on local, state, and national levels, where they conduct seminars for other attorneys, judges, accountants, and business and professional organizations.
The cost of delivering timely and high quality legal services is of concern to clients and attorneys alike. Charges for our legal services are generally based upon the amount of time spent on a client's legal work. The firm has established standard hourly billing rates, periodically adjusted, whereby fees are based on the level of experience and expertise of the professional rendering the service. In some cases, arrangements may be made with clients for contingency fees, for fees as authorized by statute, or for fees based upon a combination of factors.
