ANTONIO “TONY” AROCHO represents individuals, corporations, nonprofits and associations in the following areas:

Administrative & Regulatory Law (Boards and Commissions) – He provides advice and representation to clients on a full range of procedural and substantive issues that arise between clients and federal or territorial governmental entities and agencies.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) – He can in settling disputes outside of the courtroom through arbitration, mediation, early neutral evaluation and conciliation.

Business Economic Development and Grants – He represents small and large businesses in all phases of incentive applications including government grants, loans, other funding sources, infrastructure support and qualifying tax credit applications.

Corporate and Small Business Organizations – He has the experience your business needs, no matter the industry. He advises clients who are establishing, managing, investing in, or financing business ventures.

Diversity Counseling Services – He uses his expertise to help his clients develop and implement successful diversity strategies that ultimately enhance their brand, expand business opportunities and success, and strengthen relationships with diverse communities.

Labor Relations – He represents employers or unions in territorial and federal labor and employment laws. Advise and counsel is provided in all areas of employment and labor law, including: race, sex, national origin, religious discrimination, sexual harassment, age and disability discrimination, wage and hour compliance, medical and family leave, occupational health and safety, workers' compensation, welfare benefit plans, collective bargaining, arbitration, unfair labor practices, and employment contracts.

Lobbying and Government Relations – He represents clients in federal and territorial matters including legislative and executive branches of government. He provides all aspects of legislative services including analysis of existing and proposed legislation, drafting new legislation, legislative and executive lobbying, bill and regulation tracking, coalition development, and preparing issue position papers. He advises clients on parliamentary, regulatory and other procedural issues.

Minority Business/Small Business Reserve Certification – He advises clients on Small Business Administration 8-A Certification and District of Columbia certification. Assists with filings, monitors process, and advises on opportunities for minority participation.

Nonprofit Organizations and Associations – He represents organizations in all areas of nonprofit, association and foundation law, including corporate organization, corporate governance, tax exempt qualification, unrelated business income, political action committees, hotel and meeting contracts, business arrangements and leases, copyright and trademark, and legal audits. Also he provides advise and counsel on issue advocacy, lobbying, government relations and all phases of seeking grants, donations and charitable law compliance.

Procurement and Marketing Representation – Legal, lobbying and government relations representation in all phases of procurement matters. Assistance can be provided in all phases of an RFP, RFQ, RFI and all other types of procurement matters. He counsels clients on the practical and procedural requirements of winning government contracts.

U.S. Virgin Islands Practice – He is positioned to provide a mix of services to clients who have taken or are interested in taking advantage of this key market in the Caribbean Basin Region.
