His corporate experience includes the organization and maintenance of corporate entities and the preparation of various commercial contracts such as distribution agreements; shareholder and buy-sell agreements; employment agreements; trademark and copyright protection; and intellectual property licensing agreements.

As a NCAA intercollegiate baseball athlete, Dan was honored with 11 awards for academic achievement as a student athlete.

Mr. Kehr grew up in Huntington Beach, California before attending and receiving his Bachelors degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Mr. Kehr earned his Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law.

As a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and owner of a Real Estate and Mortgage company Mr. Kehr has a broad legal and business background. My real estate company, The Kehr Real Estate Group, Inc., primarily focuses on originating and servicing residential and commercial loans as well as representing buyers and sellers in the real estate market.
