Current legal work composed of a diverse commercial and general litigation practice that includes helping individuals, shareholders and corporate entities with a broad variety of commercial and employment disputes (including in the non-compete and trade secret arenas), assisting with regulatory investigations, seeking relief in alternative dispute resolution forums, and handling claims sounding in negligence and professional liability.

Prior legislative work at the state and federal level was focused in the areas of science and technology policy, campaign finance, voter registration, and ballot access, as well as state ethics and conflict-of-interest law.
