Practice/Organization Description
We are a law firm representing small and mid-sized business owners to lay the groundwork for business success. This includes starting up or acquiring a new business, investor transactions, business closings, incorporations, LLCs, partnerships, compliance issues, contracts, service agreements and other business documents.
In addition, we representing employers in employment law matters, including workplace harassment, discrimination, restrictive covenants (noncompete, nonsolicition, confidentiality), employment contracts, EEOC matters, wage and hour, FLMA, ADA, ADEA, Title VII, training and preventive advice and litigation defense in employment claims.
Our practice includes working with staffing, HR outsourcing companies and PEOs.
