Practice/Organization Description
I am an attorney who is licensed in both Indiana and Ohio and have over ten years of experience in litigation and appellate practice and am actively involved in complex civil litigation in a number of legal fields. My practice focuses primarily on complex and class litigation, including matters involving insurer bad faith, pharmaceutical drug litigation, toxic tort litigation, product liability, professional malpractice, business disputes, and personal injury, in multiple jurisdictions within the United States. I am currently involved in multidistrict class litigation involving Actiq, Gabitril, and Provigil and have been designated as Class Counsel in a lawsuit against State Farm for a breach of its duty to treat its insureds with good faith in the wake of hail storms,am involved in the ongoing nationwide asbestos litigation, and litigate consumer fraud class actions. In addition to my class action litigation practice, I am a member of my firm's personal injury and attorney malpractice litigation groups and have represented corporations in complex business litigation cases.
