Practice/Organization Description
In-house counsel specializing primarily in the areas insurance coverage/bad faith, commercial collections, and regulatory compliance. Handle coverage disputes in several Property & Casualty lines, including businessowners, commercial auto, excess/umbrella, and workers' compensation. Litigate premium disputes in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York courts. Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with state regulatory schemes in new and existing operating states.
