Bruce A. Friedman handles a variety of commercial disputes ranging from insurance disputes to class actions. A former partner at Bingham McCutchen, LLP, Bruce has more than 37 years of complex litigation experience in the insurance, financial services and products, and class action areas. He was lead trial counsel in dozens of jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations and routinely represented clients in high-stakes litigation.

Noted as a “great strategist” in Chambers USA, Bruce had a broad commercial litigation practice with a large insurance component.
