Practice/Organization Description
Hodges & Coxe, P.C. is a civil litigation law firm located in Wilmington, North Carolina. C. Wes Hodges, II, and Bradley A. Coxe are life-long Wilmington residents and together have over 20 years of litigation experience. We combine a diverse personal injury practice with a full-service business and commercial litigation practice. Consequently, whether you are fighting against an insurance company for another motorist, have been injured by a medical professional, have been defrauded by a business, or are in a dispute over a real estate or construction contract, we have the expertise and resources to help.
At Hodges & Coxe, P.C., each client is our most important client, whether you have suffered life-threatening injuries at the hands of a negligent motorist or have been left high and dry by an unscrupulous contractor. Effective, aggressive representation, no matter the case, is the hallmark of our practice. We handle cases in federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Initial consultations for all cases are free, and for injury cases we charge no fee unless you recover.
Hodges & Coxe, P.C. is a small firm that prides itself on devoting the utmost personal attention to each client. Unlike larger firms, where clients often get shuffled around between different attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries, we ensure a continuity to your case. You will always know who is responsible for your case, and we will keep you fully informed every step of the way. Every phone call and email is returned, and we are always happy to sit down with you whenever you like to discuss the status of your case.
