We represent California licensees and license applicants in appealing denials of the license and defending against revocation, suspension and conditions imposed by State licensing agencies. Clients are nurses, teachers,real estate and insurance professionals, contractors and building trades, peace officers and firefighters, and others earning their livelihoods in the 800+ occupations for which a license, credential or certification is required.
30+ years as a prosecutor for the Los Angeles City Attorney and Los Angeles County District Attorney, Legal Advisor to the Los Angeles Fire Department, City Council, Board of Public Works, and other City officials, Administrative Law Judge for the State of California.
Now, a Partner of License Advocates Law Group, along with long-time colleagues, treasured friends and all-round partners-in-crime Mike Claessens and Bob Cramer. We are the first ever law firm comprised of Los Angeles City Attorney's Office alumni.
