I am a business tax attorney. I provide both tax planning and tax controversy representation to a wide array clients in a wide array of industries. Because my practice centers around Federal, international, and multi-state tax law, I serve clients nationally and globally.
I have a broad array of business tax experience including partnership and corporate tax, public and closely held M&A tax planning, tax-exempt charitable entities, and international taxation planning.
