Christopher F. Regan is a Partner in the Washington, DC office of BuckleySandler LLP. Mr. Regan represents individual and corporate clients in complex criminal cases and related civil and administrative matters at the federal and state levels. His broad range of experience includes grand jury investigations, SEC enforcement proceedings, Federal Housing Finance Authority enforcement litigation, shareholder litigation, and internal investigations. He regularly counsels clients on subjects including tax and accounting fraud, mail and wire fraud, trade secrets, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and a wide array of environmental issues. Mr. Regan has represented clients in large toxic tort cases, superfund cost recovery and contribution actions, and environmental criminal enforcement litigation. Mr. Regan was recognized in Best Lawyers in America 2011 in the field of Corporate Governance and Compliance Law.
Prior to joining BuckleySandler, Mr. Regan was a Partner at Mayer Brown from 2004 to 2010 and at Beveridge & Diamond from 1998 to 2004.
