Owner Morgan C. Smith has 17 years of litigation and trial experience focused on all aspects of complex litigation including Labor Code, UCL and CRLA class action cases, products liability, serious injury and death cases. His design team produces state-of-the-art 2D and 3D presentations, animations, multimedia PowerPoints, medical illustrations, videos and other types of visual aids to enhance counsel's oral and written arguments.
Morgan was partner and founder of a premier San Francisco plaintiff litigation firm, The Arns Law Firm, where he tried over fifteen cases, obtaining verdicts between $1 million to $21 million, and settled over 100 cases with values in excess of $1 million.
