The Law Offices of Cohn & Smith, P.A. was founded by Alan W. Cohn, who has specialized in accident-related cases for over 33 years. From the beginning, Cohn & Smith has focused exclusively on representing persons injured in automobile/motorcycle, boating/cruise, airplane or pedestrian accidents, dog bites, slip and fall accidents and nursing home abuse. We also assist individuals who have been harmed by medical or legal malpractice, as well as defective products, insurance claim disputes, workers' compensation, wrongful death and construction accidents.
Our attorneys with workers' compensation cases represent employees who are injured on the job in claims for lost wages and medical treatment expenses against private industry, federal, state and local government employers and their workers' compensation insurers. They handle issues dealing with defenses, fraud, subrogation, and appeals.
