Rounded experience as an intellectual property counselor, across various subject matter fields and client demographics. Experience primarily concentrated on the strategic identification and development of intellectual property rights and portfolios in a multijurisdictional context. Trademark and patent prosecution, and patent litigation, are the primary substantive areas of my legal practice in addition to portfolio advising. Corollary work in the areas of licensing, copyright and the like as well.
