Cory White is one of the founding members of Hafelein | White, LLC and specializes in general business representation, transactional drafting, and securities compliance. He received his B.A. from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, IL. He has worked in various transactional environments on securities offerings and corporate structurings and drafted numerous transactional documents since passing the IL state bar in 2009. He has also co-authored several publications on corporate governance, corporate structuring, and securities compliance and regulation.
