Jeff Sandberg handles Dallas business litigation and bankruptcy matters. Jeff holds a J.D. summa cum laude,
MBA and CPA, and is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law. Following his graduation from law school in 1994,
Jeff was a Briefing Attorney at the Fifth District Court of Appeals at Dallas, Texas in 1995 and 1996.
Since leaving the Dallas Court of Appeals to enter private practice in Dallas, Jeff has served as a Litigation Associate
and Litigation Shareholder/Partner in Dallas business-boutique law firms. Jeff focuses his litigation practice
in Texas state and federal courts, including courts located in Dallas County, Tarrant County, Collin County,
Denton County, Rockwall County and Harris County.
Jeff has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex commercial litigation and
appellate matters, as well as the collection of judgments via garnishment and turnover order. Before becoming a
lawyer, Jeff was employed as a CPA by a national CPA firm and a Fortune 50 beverage/snack food manufacturer and
restaurant operator/franchisor. After obtaining an MBA from the University of Dallas, Jeff was employed as a
Senior Vice President with a multi-regional banking corporation involving its real estate portfolio.
