All work is done on a fixed or flat fee basis, either per project on a monthly fee for unlimited use of a broadly defined set of restaurant law services.
Our clients get the benefit of having a a lawyer available at the earliest possible start of a project or problem without worrying about excessive costs or being put 'on the clock.
The end result is that we can work with the client to prevent problems from becoming major disruptions to thier businesses, and we can do so at a fixed montly fee which you to effectively manage your legal costs.
