Douglas Beam – Douglas R. Beam Attorneys and Counselors at Law

Practice/Organization Description

Our Philosophy

We seek justice daily on behalf of our clients. Our practice is centered on two kinds of jury trials primarily in the area of personal injury and criminal defense. In our personal injury practice, we focus on finding justice for people who have been injured. We represent clients in a wide range of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, trucking accidents, nursing home and assisted living center neglect, premises liability, and aviation accidents. In our criminal defense practice, we represent individuals who have been accused of crimes or are being investigated for alleged criminal offenses--from misdemeanors to felonies.

We go to trial. We know that to get justice for our clients, we have to be willing to take cases all the way to trial. We are dedicated and experienced trial lawyers.

We seek justice in tough cases. We represent our clients in cases that many lawyers consider too complex, such as cases involving traumatic brain injuries, legal malpractice, wrongful death, trucking accidents, nursing home and assisted living abuse, medical malpractice and insurance coverage disputes. We have the experience and the resources to help our clients.

Why Retain our Law Firm?

Our clients have retained us to seek justice in tough cases, whether civil or criminal. Simply put, we know the issues in these complex cases. We know how to take cases to trial and be successful. Our extensive experience helps us get the best results possible for our clients. We also understand the needs of our clients in sensitive matters such as juvenile cases or domestic violence. Our firm works aggressively to make sure that client’s rights are protected through the process.
