Smith Law Group helps trial lawyers and their clients navigate the appellate system by anticipating and addressing legal issues at all stages of litigation. D. Todd Smith and Brandy M. Wingate are certified as specialists in civil appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Wingate also maintains an active criminal appellate practice.
