Elizabeth J. Osborne concentrates in the areas of estate planning, asset protection and taxation. She works with individuals and families to successfully achieve their testamentary goals through customized succession plans, including preparation of wills, trusts and additional creative planning devices. Elizabeth advises clients as to gifting and other strategies to promote efficient wealth transfer and asset preservation at the least possible tax cost.

Elizabeth also has experience in general business and taxation matters for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. In addition, she is skilled in corporate and residential real estate matters, where she utilizes her knowledge as a licensed real estate agent. Elizabeth has held an Illinois real estate agent license since 2004.
