Practice/Organization Description
The Bass Law Firm handles arbitrations, complex litigation and appeals. It has three areas of concentration: intellectual property law, international law, and labor and employment law.
In the area of intellectual property, it has advised clients and handled major litigation in the areas of copyright law, trademark law and patent litigation.
In the area of international commercial disputes, it has counseled and can represent private companies, sovereign entities or state agencies and instrumentalities.
Finally, it has represented parties in four sectors of the labor and employment field- the private, public, railway labor and federal sectors.
