I am one of the founding partners of Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff, a law firm of highly experienced civil justice attorneys for injured people throughout the United States. I have been obtaining outstanding results for my clients since 1993. I represent people who have been seriously injured by defective products. I also represent people who have been seriously injured by their doctors, and by nursing homes. Additionally, I often handle large insurance bad faith cases involving disability, life, long term care, fire, homeowner, business, and liability policies. My goal is the same in every case: obtain the best possible result for my client.
