Fox & Robertson started in Tim and Amy's apartment in 1996 and by 2006 was lead counsel in the largest settlement to date in the area of disability rights in public accommodations: Lucas v. Kmart.
Much of F&R's practice is devoted to disability rights in a variety of contexts: public accommodations; fair housing; government services; transportation; and employment.
We also represent clients who have faced discrimination on the basis of other factors -- including race, gender, national origin and family status -- in public accommodations, housing and employment.
Our cases range from nationwide class actions to individual litigation and counseling.
Our practice is nationwide, with an emphasis on matters arising in Colorado and California.
