Mitchell J. Kassoff, Esq., who deals exclusively with Franchise matters, has been representing both Franchisors and Franchisees as an attorney, counselor, lawyer and Expert Witness in all matters in all 50 states since 1979. His clients have included everyone from a person who wants to start his own Franchise system to international Franchisors.
Mr. Kassoff acts as a Franchisee's attorney to protect his rights and to recover financial compensation and other relief through litigation and arbitration resulting from a Franchisor fraudulently inducing a person to purchase a Franchise, a Franchisor breaching the terms or conditions of his Franchise agreement or other improper conduct on the part of his Franchisor.
Mr. Kassoff prepares a Franchisor's Uniform Franchise Offering Circular, all related agreements and other documents and files and registers Franchises in all 50 states. In conjunction with Franchising businesses, Mr. Kassoff prepares, files, registers and protects a Franchisor’s trademarks and copyrights. Mr. Kassoff has the ability to file a business as a corporation or LLC in all 50 states.
Mr. Kassoff's work includes providing advice to a person who is considering the purchase of a Franchise, including the analysis of the Franchisor's Uniform Franchise Offering Circular.
Since Mr. Kassoff deals exclusively with Franchise matters, he can handle all matters that concern a Franchise system of every kind and nature. Mr. Kassoff can also manage all legal matters of a Franchise system in all 50 states, leaving a Franchisor the time to concentrate on the business aspects.
In summary, Mr. Kassoff's work includes literally every aspect of all areas of Franchising in all 50 states for both Franchisors and Franchisees.
