Practice/Organization Description
I am the Siemens Real Estate General Manager - West Region. In this role, I oversee all real estate operations and activities for the 3.3 million-sq.-ft. portfolio in Siemens Real Estate's West Region, which is based in Orange County, California.
I have over 18 years of business, management, and legal experience.
Prior to rejoining the Siemens family, I was Of Counsel at the law firm of Podvey Meanor, P.C. where I managed the legal aspects of real estate transactions for Siemens. Prior to that, I was Assistant Counsel & Counsel for Siemens Corporation (Real Estate) for four years where I was responsible for commercial leasing matters for the Siemens US portfolio, supported acquisitions, dispositions, M&As, and land use developments, and negotiated legal documentation for all transaction types.
My background also includes seven years of business and operations management experience for Mobil Oil and Woolworth Corporation.
I received my BA from the State University of New York at Old Westbury with an emphasis in Economics and Political Science and my Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
