Gene Berardelli

Practice/Organization Description

I am a young attorney that has reached several career milestones, including settling a seven-figure personal injury settlement, successfully arguing before the Appellate Department and successfully trying a high-profile Election Law case resulting in my client winning a highly contested Special Election. Earlier in my career, I was recognized for my active role in changing local zoning laws and preserving the character of local neighborhoods in Brooklyn, NY. I am experienced in working with individual & corporate clients, and governmental entities and officials and I also have a strong legal writing & research background, which has earned recognition from his peers and the bench. I plan to continuing to be a community advocate committed to improving my little corner of the world -- and possibly beyond

Outside of my professional career, I am also very interested in social media - especially mixing my love for politics with all kinds of new media. Be it website building, blogging, or internet radio, it all intrigues me.
