The law firm of Gelman Gelman Wiskow & McCarthy LLC was founded in the 1950’s by two Harvard Law School graduates from New Jersey. Since that time, the firm has been dedicated to providing high quality legal services to accident victims, injured employees and disabled individuals. Today, the firm only represents such victims.

Sadly, it seems our services are needed more today than ever before as it is now common for insurance companies to fight virtually every aspect of every case. That is why you need a law firm that will fight for you and our firm will do just that. Additionally, we have the ability to win most fights. In that regard, Gelman Gelman Wiskow & McCarthy LLC has three offices, eight attorneys and a staff of twenty ready to make your case a priority. Our firm is big enough to take on any insurance company yet small enough to know who you are when you call.

While our firm is proud of our skilled trial attorneys, some of whom have been Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as specialists in their area and/or have been chosen by their peers as Super Lawyers, Top 100 Trial Lawyers or Rising Stars, the firm is more proud of the fact that it resolves over three hundred cases each year and 98% of our cases are resolved within two years of the date suit is filed without a trial.
